Paper Submission Instructions:

Please ensure the theme of the conference is mentioned on the first page of the paper.

Papers without a theme mentioned will not be accepted.

Submission Deadline :
  • Please ensure that your paper is submitted by the specified deadline 13th September, 2024.  Late submissions may not be considered for review.
  • We encourage all prospective authors to contribute to this prestigious event and look forward to receiving your innovative research contributions.
Submission Guidelines :

    Format:

    • All papers must be submitted electronically in MS WORD format.
    • Submissions should be formatted in a single-column layout, ensuring clear and readable presentation.

    Length:

    • The paper should be a maximum of 5 pages in length, inclusive of all content such as text, references, pictures, graphs, and diagrams.
    • The word count should range between 2000 to 2200 words, allowing for concise and focused discussion of your research.

    Font and Layout:

    • Use a standard font size of 12 points throughout the document to maintain uniformity and ease of reading.
    • Ensure that any included pictures, graphs, and diagrams are of high quality and are embedded within the document to support the narrative of your research.

    Content and Structure:

    • Your paper should present original work that has not been published elsewhere. It should be well-structured, with a clear introduction, methodology, results, and discussion.
    • Include relevant references to existing literature, demonstrating the research's foundation and contribution to the field.
    • Be mindful of the relevance and accuracy of the data presented, ensuring that your paper aligns with the conference's themes and objectives.

    Review Process:

    • All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high standards of academic quality and relevance. Papers will be evaluated on criteria such as originality, technical depth, accuracy, and the significance of the research within the context of the conference themes.
    • Feedback will be provided to authors after the review, and selected papers will be invited for presentation at the conference. Exceptional papers may also be considered for publication in associated journals or conference proceedings.

    Paper Publication

    Papers accepted by the review committee will be published in peer-reviewed proceedings with an ISBN. The proceedings will be available in hard copy and distributed after the presentations, along with a certificate.

    Selected Full papers will have the opportunity to be published in various indexed international journals, such as SCOPUS, Web of Science, DOAJ, and others, or they may be included as a chapter in a book.

E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

All posters for the conference will be presented in electronic format (e-poster). Below are the detailed guidelines for preparing and submitting your e-poster, applicable to all categories of participants.

File Naming Convention: Please save your e-poster file using the following format: Dubai_Intlconference_Poster_AuthorName

Poster Structure 

Your e-poster should be organized into the following essential sections:

  1. Introduction and Identification of Need:
    Clearly introduce the topic and explain the need or gap that your research addresses.
  2. Objective(s), Rationale, Research Question:
    State the objective(s) of your study, the rationale behind it, and the specific research question(s) you aim to answer.
  3. Methodology & Data Analysis:
    Describe the methodology used for your research and provide a concise overview of how data was analyzed.
  4. Results / Discussion:
    Present the key findings of your research and discuss their implications.
  5. Conclusion / Take-Home Messages:
    Summarize the main conclusions of your research and highlight any important messages for the audience.

References:

List the references cited in your poster.

Preparing Your E-Poster
  1. Format:
    Your e-poster must be prepared in .PPTX format.
  2. Slide Orientation:
    Use a single PowerPoint slide in portrait orientation for your e-poster presentation.
  3. Visual Elements:
    Where possible, incorporate diagrams, figures, and tables to effectively present your study design and results.
  4. Clarity:
    Avoid overcrowding your poster with too much text or data. Keep the content clear and concise.
  5. Poster Dimensions:
  • Size in pixels: 1080 width x 1536 height
  • Size in centimeters: 38.1 width x 54.2 height
